There has been an abundance of research linking gratitude to mental health. Yes, the more thankful you are the happier you are, but saying thank you isn’t enough. Being mindful and actively grateful are the key to seeing results in your life. Gratitude is a practice. Whether you are writing down things you are grateful for or taking moments to sit and reflect on those moments, find a way to practice gratitude each and everyday. One of my favorite ways to bring gratitude into my life is through VIBE. By attending a class at VIBE, I’m being grateful for the life I have been given and the ability to do what I can. Taking care of yourself physically and mentally is showing how thankful you are for being alive and VIBE classes will make you feel alive more than ever. It truly is thankful people who are happy.
