Ashley Kelly, owner of VIBE, had a vision: She wanted to bridge the gap between Instructors & clients. Little did she know, she would smash that goal to smithereens. Back in November, I had hit rock bottom and I wanted my life back. One of the main ingredients to this recipe has been my commitment to myself through Ashley’s extraordinary vision: a state of the art cycling sanctuary, where anyone and everyone could find refuge from whatever they are going through —a place where you can find your VIBE.
With small classes that help instructors focus on each client, an incredibly down to earth staff that strives to make each client feel at home, and a VIBE Tribe that kicks ass with each class they take on —how else could Ashley connect with her clients? That’s where I come in.
I started off as a VIBE client just like you. I was fed up with my attitude towards myself and tired of making excuses for not taking better care of myself. We all have our ups and downs. We are all going through something. VIBE gets that. VIBE feeds off of it. When you walk through that door, all of the crap going on in your life can’t make it through the positive energy flowing through the studio. I remember getting on the bike for the first time thinking: “WHAT. DID. I. JUST. SIGN. UP. FOR.” I had no idea that taking that first class was the first step to transforming my life for the better.
My job isn’t to preach to the choir. I’m here to help enhance your VIBE experience. Full Disclosure: I’m not a doctor, a therapist, or fitness guru, but I do know a thing or two about my personal experiences as a proud member of the VIBE Tribe. It is my great pleasure and honor to share my thoughts with you and help you to fully immerse in Ashley’s vision of everything VIBE.
On that note, I will leave you with her favorite quote: “Go where you feel most alive.” Take a chance, a jump, a leap. Take a deep breath. Let go. Find your VIBE.
